Odds are good you already have everything you need to make this for breakfast tomorrow ;)
Mix:
1 1/2 C quick cooking oats
1/4 C packed light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Add in:
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1 mashed banana
1/4 C peanut butter
Bake at 350* for 20 min. in a greased 8 x 8 pan.
